Roshan went in third. Naturally, Kalani volunteered to go first and then it was a simple case of goading Mila into going second, which was much easier than it had any right to be. When Kalani reappeared at the top of the cliff-side path, Mila looked across to where Roshan was lounging against a tree. "What's the matter? Scared?" they asked. Mila bit down a comment and instead rolled her eyes. "How was it?" she asked Kalani. "You can't talk about it," Cordelia quickly interjected. "Not until you've all been through." "No hints?" Mila asked. There was an awkward pause. "You'll be okay," Kalani offered. Taking what she could get, Mila nodded, spared one last glare for Roshan and headed for the path. Had she not been explicitly directed to it, Kalani would likely have never found the path she was looking for and subsequently the secluded cave at the end of it. Not so much hidden as obscured from view, the winding path, which was cut into the cliff face, was barely wide enough to walk along. Kalani knew this was a bad idea. It wasn't like she hadn't realised that neither Mila nor Roshan were the fishing type. Mila preferred to be productive instead of sitting around waiting for a fish to take a bite, whilst Roshan was simply impatient. However, she hadn't thought things could go quite so badly. Senshi Pageant 2013

Decided to challenge myself and have entered this year's Senshi Pageant at #Senshi-Pageant (https://www.deviantart.com/senshi-pageant)  Never imagined I'd be entering an art competition but I want to improve and this seems like the ideal contest in which to do it.  It also has a writing portion to it, which I feel more confident with.  I love creating and developing characters, so here's hoping I don't completely humiliate myself with this.
